Membership Policy:

a. Annual Membership costs $650, but you are entitled to $890 worth of treatment to spend at any Bliss™ premises in New Zealand, within 12 month from the date of purchase.

b. A Bliss™ Member has the privilege to redeem their membership credit into a Bliss™ gift voucher, with the same expiry date of their membership.

c. Bliss™ has a non-refund policy. We strongly recommend members redeem the residual amount of credit on their membership by the expiry date into original none discounted gift voucher(s) if they do not want to extend their membership.

Voucher Policy
All vouchers have to be redeemed by the expiry date, at the specific premises where membership was bought. Bliss™ is not liable to redeem and/or search for lost and/or stolen vouchers.

Advanced Bookings
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations or no shows within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking. 

Bliss™ Packages
Information on special Bliss™ packages or group programmes can be obtained by contacting the Bliss™ Concierge.

Bliss™ Etiquette
Our salon environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all salon guests' right to privacy and serenity.

Health Conditions
We offer relaxation therapy, not a medical treatment. Therefore please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when making your appointment.

Pregnancy
Expectant mothers more than
three months pregnancy are most welcomed.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you at all times.

Accidents or Injuries
Bliss™ shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by a member or guest.

Refund Policy
Vouchers can be exchanged for other service/products in equal value within ten days of purchase, if presented with the original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed.

Parking
Atrium on Elliot offer one hour free parking to Bliss™ city premises customers. Please consult Bliss concierge for the nearest public car park.
