What is a Stone Spa?

Although it is called ‘bathing’, there is no water. Let us explain to you how this unique experience works. Firstly we pre-heat special basalt stone beds to around 45°C and set the humidity to 65 – 70° %. You then remove your garments, put on a Stone spa Uniform and lie down on a towel placed over the warm stone beds.

The stone bed gently heats you up from the core and evenly spreads the heat throughout your body and organs, bringing about an intense feeling of relaxation. As your body heats up, you sweat out the toxins that have built up within it.
